The PPE Society
at the University of Edinburgh
Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.
3 disciplines, 1 community.
Man is by nature a political animal. And he who is unable to live in society, or who has no need because he is sufficient for himself, must be either a beast or a god.
– Aristotle, Politics
Whether you're studying PPE, taking a single politics module, or just love a good argument over coffee, you belong here. We bring together students from every year and background to explore the big questions: What makes a society just? How should economies be run? Who has power and who gets to decide?
